Drop-Off Expectations: Here is a run down of what to expect when you drop off your items at your scheduled appointment. If you haven’t already done so, after registering as a consignor schedule your drop off time HERE.

  • If you have more than 150 items please schedule TWO drop off times.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early. Occasionally we get done early and can take care of your items faster.
  • When you arrive you can drive right up to the front of the building and “unload”. We will begin inspecting your unloaded items as you go and park.
  • After your items have been inspected you will be able to take them inside and hang them/place them in the appropriate areas.
  • You, the consignor, are responsible for putting together any items that require assembly inside the building. If you will need help, please bring someone with you. We will be busy with checking inventory from other consignors.
  • After you have put all items away, you will go back to the front to get your pre-sale pass and officially check in.
  • If you are a volunteer you will sign a volunteer contract.
  • Then you are done! Come to the pre-sale at your designated time and GET SOME GREAT DEALS!!!!!!!!

Pick Up Times & Instructions: Please be prepared to pick up your unsold items at the designated time below.

  • All items tagged with a “D” will be donated, however, after 8:00 the remaining items that were not picked up will immediately be grouped for donation.
  • Please understand that we can not hold any items. If you cannot make it to the scheduled time below then please arrange someone else to pick up your items with a signed note from you (that includes your consignor #) giving your permission to have the items picked up.
  • Be sure to sign out with all necessary paperwork.
  • Please be prepared to have all items re-checked before you go out the door to make sure you leave with the correct items.

Saturday (After the sale)
7pm-8pm: Consignor Pick Up by LAST NAME
7:00 pm Letters A, B, C, D, E, F
7:15 pm Letters G, H, I, J, K, L, M
7:30 pm Letters N, O, P, Q, R, S
7:45 pm Letters T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z
8:01 pm Pick Up Closed. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS!
8:01pm: Donation Truck picks up
