TAGGING YOUR ITEMS

Tagging is easy. Our online systems allow you to do just about everything from your own home.

  • If you have not done so already, be sure you are registered as a NEW CONSIGNOR or RETURNING CONSIGNOR & view a complete list of ACCEPTABLE ITEMS here.
  • Upon registering you will be given a consignor number, then log in here to ENTER ITEMS & PRINT TAGS.
  • Printed tags must be on WHITE CARD STOCK with BLACK INK.
  • Attach your tags with SAFETY PINS to the left side of clothing with the hangers pointing in the direction that makes a question mark. (?)
  • Outfits should be securely attached to one another and only need one tag.
  • Use clear packing tape to secure tags on all non-clothing items.
  • When printing your bar codes, please make sure that they will be readable by our scanner.

Reading our tags and understanding the symbols.

  • Top Left: This is an example of where your consignor number will be.
  • Top Right: Specific Sizing. Please double check to make sure you have listed the correct size.
  • Middle: You will have TWO description lines. List the Brand Name and Color and What Type of Item. (This makes it easier to find the item should a tag fall off.) Customers also like to see if the item is “new with tags” or “only worn once” if this applies.
  • Mid Left: “D” stands for Donate. If the item does not sell you have the option to Donate it. Simply check the appropriate box when entering your items. If you choose not to donate then it will appear blank.
  • Mid Center: Item # is the numerical order of items that you entered.
  • Mid Right: This indicates the price and the star is optional if you wish to have discounted 50% on the last day of the sale. You must check the appropriate box when entering items for it to be discounted. This must be done through this feature. The information gets embedded into the bar code for our scanners to read. DO NOT HAND WRITE A STAR!
  • Bottom Row: Scanner and Administration information.

Inventory Pickup
Please make sure that you arrive at your assigned time to pick up your items that did not sell. If you plan on donating your unsold items, then you do not need to have a time assigned for pick up.  Consignor numbers will be checked upon exiting.

Lost and Found
We do our best at coaching our consignors how to properly secure items and attach labels. Unfortunately from time to time things get lost or detached. Upon picking up your unsold inventory, please make sure you check the lost and found area at the scheduled pickup time.
