Bartering for Pre-Sale Passes
Let’s Work Together! If you are unable to volunteer with us but are interested in receiving a pre-sale pass you can still earn one! Bartering options are ONLY for those that CANNOT volunteer! Our volunteers are what we absolutely need the most!
There are a variety of services needed for our sale to be successful and to help keep our costs down. We would be more than happy to exchange services with you, keeping in mind that is a limited amount of bartering passes that we can give out and based on a first come first serve basis.
All you need to do is contact info@SmartyPantsConsignment.com and let us know what you would like to exchange and we will let you know the details and if it is available.
Bartering Options…
Earn a Pre-Sale Pass:
- If you can provide bulk plastic eating utensils, napkins, paper towels, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer….
- If you provide Craigslist posts….
Earn a Volunteer Pass:
- If you can print flyers and hand out at Community Events….
- If you can provide drinks….
- If you can provide a meal for lunch or dinner provided in disposable containers….
- If you print and get permission to include flyers for your children’s elementary school …..
- If you or your hubby can work during set up or during take down/sort times. See our volunteer page for shift times.
Earn a VIP pass AND 75% on consigned items:
- If you can provide self adhesive stamps one week prior to the sale…
- If you print and deliver flyers to including Dr.’s offices, day cares, preschools, churches, kid activity centers….
- If you print, contact and deliver flyers for middle school/high schools about our fund raising programs….
- If you provide TV/Radio coverage….
- If you provide newspaper/magazine coverage….
